Watch & Learn

This past weekend I attended the Texas Motorsports Expo & Auction and from the beginning I was taking mental notes. I was looking at the different vendors and taking notice on which booths had the most traffic and I was able to make a list of things that I will incorporate into my trade show game. I was also able to see a ton of people wearing caps. The one thing that was loud and clear is that nobody want their logos in the center anymore. Of course you have to look at the age of the crowd. Since it was primarily race drivers, their teams and racing fans the crowd was a younger crowd. 18-35. Less is sometimes more. Most logos were small and subtle if they were on the front. I recruited a friend that designs race car wraps to design 4 caps for me to display and they were all a huge hit and everyone of them looked pretty much like what everyone is wearing. This is one reason why I am always on the lookout for graphic designers that are in touch with market I'm trying to penetrate. We are currently building a new Racing Collection on our Website be sure to create an account or visit us regularly to be the first to purchase new designs as they come in.
